1. General Terms and Definitions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and cucikiss ("Platform", "we", "us") governing the use of the cucikiss.org website and all services offered on it.
In this document, "Platform" refers to the cucikiss.org website and all its sections including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting and all other available games. "Account" refers to the user account registered for the purpose of accessing cucikiss services. "Real Money" refers to cash deposited into the account. "Bonus" refers to additional credits or benefits granted by the Platform to Members subject to certain conditions.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different names, addresses, mobile numbers, IP addresses or payment methods — is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of any existing balances.
cucikiss reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or any other supporting documents for the purpose of complying with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension of the account.
3. Deposits and Payment Methods
cucikiss accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10.
All successfully processed deposits will be credited to the user's account instantly or within a reasonable period depending on the chosen payment method. cucikiss does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, the respective financial institution or e-wallet provider may have their own fee policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account used belongs to them. Use of a third-party payment account is prohibited and may result in the account balance being frozen pending the completion of an investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
cucikiss offers various types of bonuses and promotions to its members. All bonuses are subject to specified wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
4.1 Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM300. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. The wagering requirement applied is 10 times the bonus value. In this case, RM120 × 10 = RM1,200 must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. If your first deposit is RM600, the bonus received is RM300 (maximum cap), bringing your balance to RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.
4.2 General Bonus Terms: Bonuses received cannot be transferred to another user. Each promotion has a validity period that must be observed. cucikiss reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus where fraud or abuse is suspected.
4.3 VIP Programme: The cucikiss VIP Programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The Bronze tier offers weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Progression to a higher tier depends on the member's activity and loyalty on the platform.
5. Game Rules and User Conduct
All games available at cucikiss — including online slots, live casino, fish shooting and sports betting — must be played in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers and cucikiss general policies.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances without notice:
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to play or analyse games
- Exploiting any bug, technical error or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game results or abuse the bonus system
- Attempting money laundering through betting activity on the platform
- Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true identity or location in order to bypass restrictions
- Any form of fraud, identity impersonation or submission of forged documents
cucikiss uses advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Any outcome derived from manipulated data will not be recognised and related balances may be forfeited.
6. Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal is RM100 for all payment methods. Approved withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This period may vary depending on the current volume of requests and any additional verification requirements.
Before the first withdrawal can be processed, users may be required to complete a full identity verification process, including submitting a copy of their MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment account. This process is mandatory to ensure the security of user funds.
cucikiss reserves the right to suspend withdrawal requests for investigation purposes if there is any suspicious activity, a breach of terms, or withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits. Users will be notified via email or live chat regarding any delays that occur.
Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same user's name. Requests to transfer funds to a third-party account will not be processed under any circumstances.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
cucikiss reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the cucikiss customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been completed and any eligible account balance has been returned to the user via the original payment method.
🔒 Accounts terminated due to a breach of terms may not be eligible to recover bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements. Valid real-money balances will be returned once the investigation is complete and no breach has been confirmed.
8. Personal Data Protection
cucikiss collects, stores and processes users' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and our separate Privacy Policy. Data collected is used solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

cucikiss is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on this platform. Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that they are betting with money they can afford to lose.
The outcome of all games is generated through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be manipulated by any party, including cucikiss itself.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Continued use of the cucikiss platform after the date the changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the date the changes take effect.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under the international licence under which cucikiss operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.
If a resolution through negotiation cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant regulatory body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent tribunal, that clause will be severed from this agreement, while the remaining clauses will continue in full force and effect.
